Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ramazan Akartuna made the kick off and thus started the match. Sait Yaltırak scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fikri Uluerkan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Niğdespor FK's zone, Anıl Seyidhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fikri Uluerkan came out of the goal and Anıl Seyidhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 played minutes Niğdespor FK got a freekick which was hit by Muhsin İlhanoğlu. Savaş Çolakoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garip Gündoğan came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Niğdespor FK's Hakan Hanedan. But to his dismay, Hakan Hanedan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Espiye's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nedim Sadi came free, but Garip Gündoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramazan Akartuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Garip Gündoğan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Sait Yaltırak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fikri Uluerkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garip Gündoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramazan Akartuna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute of the match, Naim Koçaslan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fikri Uluerkan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Garip Gündoğan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramazan Akartuna's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Fikri Uluerkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sait Yaltırak in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Espiye booed when Niğdespor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Bilge Sebukalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Sait Yaltırak made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Espiye's Ahmet Vefik Ulum got a free kick in the 54th minute. Paşa Ali Battal hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Arif Bilge Sebukalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garip Gündoğan having to interfere. If Ahmet Vefik Ulum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garip Gündoğan was a little too slow when Ramazan Akartuna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. 77 minutes into the game, Görkem Turkay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espiye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niğdespor FK the free kick. In the 77th minute, Görkem Turkay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Ramazan Akartuna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garip Gündoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savaş Çolakoğlu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Garip Gündoğan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sait Yaltırak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Garip Gündoğan was a little too slow when Ramazan Akartuna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-3. Niğdespor FK's Fikri Uluerkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sait Yaltırak in the 94th minute of play. The Niğdespor FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
