Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abidin Tutku took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadıl Satıkbuğra in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fethi Serim saved İSTANBUL MECİDİYEKÖY FK from getting behind. Turabi Oylum hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Fethi Serim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadıl Satıkbuğra in the 9th minute of play. Alpay Birsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Fadıl Satıkbuğra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bodrum's supporters rose to their feet, but Fadıl Satıkbuğra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fethi Serim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hilmi Tanören hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. A nice corner shot did that İlhami Akar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ahmet Bedri Pekinturk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to İSTANBUL MECİDİYEKÖY FK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Atakan Türkoğlu hit a great ball. If Abidin Tutku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Şahin Refet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Bedri Pekinturk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Fadıl Satıkbuğra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodrum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fadıl Satıkbuğra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kadir Yıldıray came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fethi Serim could save by the left post. If Fadıl Satıkbuğra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadir Yıldıray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fethi Serim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atakan Türkoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fadıl Satıkbuğra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fadıl Satıkbuğra in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fethi Serim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 54 minutes, Kadir Yıldıray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodrum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadir Yıldıray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fadıl Satıkbuğra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atakan Türkoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Kadir Yıldıray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fethi Serim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fadıl Satıkbuğra in the 71st minute of the match. Fethi Serim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadıl Satıkbuğra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Bodrum. Mahmut Tuğalp stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fethi Serim. 1-0. Fadıl Satıkbuğra took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fethi Serim. Fethi Serim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 87th minute, Berkant Baysal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bodrum's Fadıl Satıkbuğra in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye İSTANBUL MECİDİYEKÖY FK's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bodrum fans cheered their team off the field, for while İSTANBUL MECİDİYEKÖY FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
