ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 21st minute of the game, when Melih Cevdet Köker after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of TRABZON UNİTED's goal. Melih Cevdet Köker was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Yüksel Akdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakup Mümtaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mustafa Yaşar Gezer came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Yaşar Gezer couldn't finish the play. When Hidayet Dilan fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRABZON UNİTED's protests and gave Hidayet Dilan a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes TRABZON UNİTED got a freekick which was hit by Hidayet Dilan. Çağlar Tekalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roch Golaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tansu Uruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yakup Mümtaz was the one to do the kick off. Mustafa Yaşar Gezer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Golaszewski having to interfere. Roch Golaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Yaşar Gezer in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakup Mümtaz in the 63rd minute of play forced ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ's goalkeeper Yüksel Akdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roch Golaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Yaşar Gezer in the 67th minute of the match. ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ's Yüksel Akdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ from getting a goal against them. Mustafa Yaşar Gezer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roch Golaszewski having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yakup Mümtaz in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yüksel Akdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Tansu Uruz came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tansu Uruz couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Yaşar Gezer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Roch Golaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tansu Uruz scored 3-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roch Golaszewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakup Mümtaz in the 95th minute of play forced ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ's goalkeeper Yüksel Akdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yüksel Akdal came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by TRABZON UNİTED's Ahmet Baki Yalınalp. But to his dismay, Ahmet Baki Yalınalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ fully deserved thier win.
