Spectators: 5144 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Halis Uralp kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Banaz's Songurbey Resulhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Altay Şafakgün made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gencay Zorlu in the 9th minute of play forced Banaz's goalkeeper Necaettin Akıncıbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gencay Zorlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gencay Zorlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halis Uralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Altay Şafakgün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gencay Zorlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gencay Zorlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Gencay Zorlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Banaz's Necaettin Akıncıbey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Günay Başarman struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Necaettin Akıncıbey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Posof JK. The supporters of Banaz booed when Posof JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kemal Vafi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Banaz fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! 45 minutes into the match, Banaz's goal looked a bit too open when Günay Başarman came free, but Necaettin Akıncıbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, one of Banaz:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Banaz. Berk Vahdet walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gencay Zorlu to strike the kick off in the second half. When Posof JK's Günay Başarman, in the 54th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Posof JK. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Banaz's goalkeeper Necaettin Akıncıbey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute Gencay Zorlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necaettin Akıncıbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gencay Zorlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the game, Gencer Kutsan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Banaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Posof JK the free kick. The supporters of Posof JK booed when Banaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencer Kutsan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Günay Başarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gencay Zorlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Necaettin Akıncıbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Posof JK's Gencay Zorlu got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Necaettin Akıncıbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gencay Zorlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Günay Başarmans short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Necaettin Akıncıbey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gencay Zorlu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necaettin Akıncıbey saved Banaz from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gencay Zorlu in the 92nd minute of play forced Banaz's goalkeeper Necaettin Akıncıbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gencay Zorlu had several of the Banaz's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Necaettin Akıncıbey as he didn't even see the shot coming. Altay Şafakgün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halis Uralp in the 98th minute of play. Posof JK played a much better game than Banaz and deserved their victory. The Banaz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
