Afşin Aldemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fevzi Aral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ARGEWS FK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ferhan Taykurt hit a great ball. After 14 played minutes Celtikci got a freekick which was hit by Yiğitcan Özdoruk. With a little luck, Celtikci's Afşin Aldemir got control of the ball when Şafak Bal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Berkant Tapgaç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Özer Sökmensu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ferhan Taykurt fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARGEWS FK's protests and gave Ferhan Taykurt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ARGEWS FK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ferhan Taykurt hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes, Celtikci's Rafet Akçakoca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Özer Sökmensu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Celtikci reached it. After some careless play in the Celtikci defense, Şafak Bal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afşin Aldemir. The Celtikci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afşin Aldemir should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fevzi Aral made a kick off. When Baykan Tokgöz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the ARGEWS FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baykan Tokgöz couldn't finish the play. Afşin Aldemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fevzi Aral in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lemi Revha got free with Özer Sökmensu in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, ARGEWS FK's goalkeeper Özer Sökmensu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lemi Revha. Fevzi Aral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st match minute, ARGEWS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harun Özkutal to maneuver through the defense. Berkant Tapgaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özer Sökmensu having to interfere. Özer Sökmensu was a little too slow when Lemi Revha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-2. Fevzi Aral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afşin Aldemir having to make a save. Berkant Tapgaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özer Sökmensu having to interfere. Celtikci's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
