With an all-out effort, Levent's Şevket Sayrak threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serdar Bağcı, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Serdar Bağcı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Serdar Bağcı put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Şevket Sayrak. Serdar Bağcı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute, Rıfkı Ergüç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
