Akın Tekdoğan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haydar Zor in the 19th minute. Azmi Kutlay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tevfik Ozan's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. KRAL.KONYA.SPOR's Haşim Çelenk got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Necat Kazan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Azmi Kutlay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İbrahim Efe Serdinç couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tevfik Ozan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Necat Kazan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Azmi Kutlay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Necat Kazan got free with Azmi Kutlay in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the game, Haydar Zor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Akın Tekdoğan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The GotStore players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented KRAL.KONYA.SPOR from taking control.
