Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sinan Ethem started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Arda Ozan Eriş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eyüp Kartal during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eyüp Kartal hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 7 minutes, Oğuzalp Özyuva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bogazkale and the GMG Kastamonuspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uğurcan Pektaşi was a little too slow when Sinan Ethem got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. After having played for 20 minutes, Halil Utku Başer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogazkale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halil Utku Başer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arda Ozan Eriş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hasan Can Bahçıvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Utku Başer in the 25th minute of play forced GMG Kastamonuspor's goalkeeper Hasan Can Bahçıvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Mehmet Şefik Ersed shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hasan Can Bahçıvan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mikail Acarer hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Arda Ozan Eriş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GMG Kastamonuspor's Hasan Can Bahçıvan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sinan Ethem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes, GMG Kastamonuspor's Batıkan Yildıran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Uğurcan Pektaşi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GMG Kastamonuspor reached it. The long shot by Batıkan Yildıran in the 41st minute really tested Uğurcan Pektaşi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Altay Özçevik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uğurcan Pektaşi having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arda Ozan Eriş was the one to do the kick off. If Altay Özçevik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uğurcan Pektaşi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Ethem in the 53rd minute of the match. Altay Özçevik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uğurcan Pektaşi having to interfere. Arda Ozan Eriş struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Hasan Can Bahçıvan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bogazkale. 61 minutes into the game, GMG Kastamonuspor's Sinan Ethem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uğurcan Pektaşi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Altay Özçevik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uğurcan Pektaşi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Altay Özçevik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sinan Ethem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Uğurcan Pektaşi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Altay Özçevik in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uğurcan Pektaşi saved Bogazkale from getting behind. The supporters of GMG Kastamonuspor booed when Bogazkale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macit Polatkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bogazkale's zone, Sinan Ethem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uğurcan Pektaşi came out of the goal and Sinan Ethem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Sinan Ethem managed to get in a good position for a shot. GMG Kastamonuspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Sinan Ethem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uğurcan Pektaşi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Altay Özçevik managed to get in a good position for a shot. GMG Kastamonuspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Altay Özçevik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uğurcan Pektaşi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Altay Özçevik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogazkale's Uğurcan Pektaşi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sinan Ethem in the 89th minute of play. GMG Kastamonuspor's Hasan Can Bahçıvan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arda Ozan Eriş in the 91st minute of play. If Sinan Ethem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uğurcan Pektaşi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sinan Ethem, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. GMG Kastamonuspor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
