The tension between the Newac FC and the Kandilli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Newac FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günalp Tozun to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Newac FC defense, Behçet İlenç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Can Talip. The Newac FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Can Talip should have stopped the shot. Furkan Adalıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Furkan Adalıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 15 minutes, Behçet İlenç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kandilli SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Behçet İlenç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ufuk Ulunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Can Talip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behçet İlenç in the 19th minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Newac FC! In the 30th minute Behçet İlenç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Can Talip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Behçet İlenç notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Newac FC's Can Talip. Can Talip was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Ufuk Ulunay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Behçet İlenç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Furkan Adalıoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Rahim Ergümen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şenol Akduman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Newac FC's zone, Behçet İlenç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Can Talip came out of the goal and Behçet İlenç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Behçet İlenç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Can Talip made a huge save. If Behçet İlenç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Behçet İlenç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Newac FC's zone, Tuğrul Kutertan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Can Talip came out of the goal and Tuğrul Kutertan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tibet Fişek fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newac FC's protests and gave Tibet Fişek a yellow card for diving instead. Tibet Fişek kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Behçet İlenç notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Newac FC's Can Talip. Can Talip was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Günalp Tozun got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kandilli SK were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Newac FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Meriç Pamiroğlu took the corner. Semi Çetinoz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Can Talip made an important save on a dangerous shot by Behçet İlenç in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute Ufuk Ulunay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Can Talip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Adalıoğlu in the 95th minute of play forced Kandilli SK's goalkeeper Rahim Ergümen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kandilli SK's Behçet İlenç got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Newac FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kandilli SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
