In the 6th minute, Oğuzalp Geylanoğullarından hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Dikimevi's goal looked a bit too open when İrfan Muhittin came free, but Gökberk Özguner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tevfik Ahad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gencalp Satuk hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Savur SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dikimevi:s goal. İrfan Muhittin charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İrfan Muhittin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Savur SK's İrfan Muhittin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Tevfik Ahad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güneş Kazakhan's late challenge caught a Dikimevi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Güneş Kazakhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Savur SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güneş Kazakhan to maneuver through the defense. Savur SK's Alişan Uğurtan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Savur SK from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tevfik Ahad was the one to do the kick off. Saip Oylum hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Savur SK's zone, Tevfik Ahad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alişan Uğurtan came out of the goal and Tevfik Ahad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alişan Uğurtan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Hüseyin Cömert in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th play minute İrfan Muhittin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gökberk Özguner. 2-1. Basri Serdinç was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 73 minutes, Hasan Hüseyin Cömert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dikimevi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hasan Hüseyin Cömert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Hasan Hüseyin Cömert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alişan Uğurtan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Tevfik Ahad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Savur SK's Alişan Uğurtan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Ahad in the 85th minute of play. Alişan Uğurtan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Hüseyin Cömert in the 88th minute of play. Güneş Kazakhan got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Savur SK's Güneş Kazakhan got a free kick in the 89th minute. Dikimevi's Hasan Hüseyin Cömert got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Savur SK's Alişan Uğurtan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Ahad in the 93rd minute of play. Dikimevi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
