Günalp Tozun's late challenge caught a Sariyerspor JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Günalp Tozun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Günalp Tozun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The tension between the Newac FC and the Sariyerspor JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ali Kürşat Üçok hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Newac FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sariyerspor JK the free kick. Selçuk Tayfur came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Can Talip could save by the left post.
