The supporters of Tsun Alley booed when 1925 GÖZTEPE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yalçın Sabih didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tsun Alley getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gürol Altuncuoğlu hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Erdoğan Askeroğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aşık Erdoğan. The goal made the score 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Tsun Alley's goal looked a bit too open when Erdoğan Askeroğlu came free, but Aşık Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Erdoğan Askeroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Tsun Alley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Erdoğan Askeroğlu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Tsun Alley's Aşık Erdoğan got control of the ball when Üzeyir Yağızalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1925 GÖZTEPE's Ercan Maksut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baybora Tandan in the 25th minute of play. Tsun Alley's Gürol Altuncuoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Üzeyir Yağızalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aşık Erdoğan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yağız Özbilir hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Üzeyir Yağızalp's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Aşık Erdoğan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 37 played minutes Tsun Alley got a freekick which was hit by Yağız Özbilir. 40 minutes into the match, Tsun Alley's goal looked a bit too open when Erdoğan Askeroğlu came free, but Aşık Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Gürol Altuncuoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Üzeyir Yağızalp struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Aşık Erdoğan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1925 GÖZTEPE. In the 44th minute, 1925 GÖZTEPE's Erdoğan Askeroğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aşık Erdoğan. Aşık Erdoğan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Üzeyir Yağızalp in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aşık Erdoğan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erdoğan Askeroğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Üzeyir Yağızalp in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aşık Erdoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aşık Erdoğan came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by 1925 GÖZTEPE's Erdoğan Askeroğlu. But to his dismay, Erdoğan Askeroğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Tsun Alley's Baybora Tandan got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baybora Tandan struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ercan Maksut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tsun Alley. In the 73rd minute Üzeyir Yağızalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aşık Erdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, 1925 GÖZTEPE's Erdoğan Askeroğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aşık Erdoğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Tsun Alley's goal looked a bit too open when Erdoğan Askeroğlu came free, but Aşık Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aşık Erdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Üzeyir Yağızalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baybora Tandan got free with Ercan Maksut in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
