The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 16 minutes, Ahmet Ali Gariboğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the beşiktaş and the HiGH VoLTaGe players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes beşiktaş got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ali Gariboğlu. 19 minutes into the match, Fazlı Atabek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olcay Orkun Atatuğ. HiGH VoLTaGe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fazlı Atabek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. HiGH VoLTaGe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davut Kuntman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. beşiktaş's Cuma Alyakut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davut Kuntman in the 31st minute of play. In the 37th minute, Şafak Olgaç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gencer Aköz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Olcay Orkun Atatuğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
