Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sefa Kürşat got the match started through his kick off. With an all-out effort, Balat's Türkeş Oktan threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sefa Kürşat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Muradiye's Feridun Kalender suffered a sore thigh after 6 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Şenol Rukni's late challenge caught a Muradiye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şenol Rukni helped the player get up and apologised. Muradiye's Türkeş Oktan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Muradiye from getting a goal against them. Abdurrezzak Taib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Türkeş Oktan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sefa Kürşat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Türkeş Oktan having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Muradiye got a freekick which was hit by Şerafettin Bilgetay. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Abdurrezzak Taib got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Tolgahan Sözmen came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Muradiye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolgahan Sözmen couldn't finish the play. In the 25th match minute, Balat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behzat Cengel to maneuver through the defense. If Abdurrezzak Taib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tolgahan Sözmen hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When Abdurrezzak Taib got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Balat. Türkeş Oktan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sefa Kürşat in the 44th minute of the match. Türkeş Oktan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenol Rukni, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolgahan Sözmen was the one to do the kick off. Sefa Kürşat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şevket Tacir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolgahan Sözmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Abdurrezzak Taib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes Muradiye got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Reha Akatay. Türkeş Oktan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sefa Kürşat in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of Balat booed when Muradiye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolgahan Sözmen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muradiye's Türkeş Oktan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdurrezzak Taib in the 68th minute of play. Abdurrezzak Taib took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Türkeş Oktan. Türkeş Oktan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 72 minutes into the match, Balat's goalkeeper Şevket Tacir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolgahan Sözmen. When Şenol Rukni was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. A collision led to Balat getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Şenol Rukni hit a great ball. Abdurrezzak Taib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Behzat Cengel scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Türkeş Oktan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Türkeş Oktan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdurrezzak Taib in the 83rd minute of play. Türkeş Oktan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdurrezzak Taib in the 88th minute of the match. Tümer Recai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Türkeş Oktan having to interfere. Balat walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
