Arda Baybars Arslangiray kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Bülent Resul was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. Altintas FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Semavi Özerkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dinç Ünzil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in avakıspor's zone, Faik Yiğit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinç Ünzil came out of the goal and Faik Yiğit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faik Yiğit came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dinç Ünzil could save by the left post. Altintas FK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
