Başaran Sancaktar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Tahsin Hendekli made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Bedri Oktan in the 53rd minute of play forced Beylikdüzü's goalkeeper Tahsin Hendekli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Başaran Sancaktar came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the TuRKiYe fans jumped to their feet. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sinan Ceri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute of the match Kılıçhan İksir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Hendekli skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute, TuRKiYe's Mehmet Bedri Oktan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. The TuRKiYe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sinan Ceri should have stopped the shot. Başaran Sancaktar scored 2-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tahsin Hendekli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emrah Kahya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
