Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mustafa Hakan Ötüken kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Muammer Kutyan came free, but Bulut Hozatlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes seyf got a freekick which was hit by Kuddusî Işıner. In the 14th minute of the match, Mustafa Hakan Ötüken tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yetkiner Çoğun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Yetkiner Çoğun came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray's Mustafa Hakan Ötüken. But to his dismay, Mustafa Hakan Ötüken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ahmet Korcan Yöntem made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mehmet Hakkı Şanlı immediately put the ball in play. In the 29th match minute, Galatasaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ogün Tongal to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Galatasaray:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of seyf:s goal. The referee gave seyf a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sancarbey Bircan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Galatasaray's Bulut Hozatlı. 1-1. Kunter Uçanok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray's Mustafa Hakan Ötüken got a free kick in the 41st minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Muammer Kutyan was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Ahmet Bedri Ayhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Kunter Uçanok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yetkiner Çoğun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Kunter Uçanok managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kunter Uçanok was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yetkiner Çoğun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kunter Uçanok in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Metin Birge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 played minutes, Galatasaray's Ahmet Korcan Yöntem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yetkiner Çoğun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray reached it. Mustafa Hakan Ötüken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Yetkiner Çoğun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game Kunter Uçanok who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but seyf's Yetkiner Çoğun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yetkiner Çoğun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kunter Uçanok in the 86th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of seyf:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galatasaray:s goal. Ogün Tongal placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The supporters of Galatasaray booed when seyf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muammer Kutyan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Asım Arif Perva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ogün Tongal came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Galatasaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ogün Tongal couldn't finish the play.
