Arif Nihat Razi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ateş Taybars went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ali Behzat Aybar kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's goalkeeper Arif Nihat Razi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Atabek Kirtekin had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 14 minutes into the game, Doğuş Seyhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alaca the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Haldun Usbey's late challenge caught a Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 26th minute Yusuf Bahadır Özkutlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanju Siraceddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Behzat Aybar in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Nihat Razi saved Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü from getting behind. Alaca's Tanju Siraceddin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Bahadır Özkutlu in the 36th minute of play. Buğra Özboga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Alaca getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ateş Taybars hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Ali Behzat Aybar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haldun Usbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arif Nihat Razi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Arif Nihat Razi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haldun Usbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Enis Kurman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's Arif Nihat Razi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 56 minutes, Haldun Usbey made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Çaykur Rize Spor Klubü's Arif Nihat Razi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Alaca's Tanju Siraceddin got control of the ball when Buğra Özboga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alaca's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
