When Batuhan Öztanır fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göztepe S.K's protests and gave Batuhan Öztanır a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Göztepe S.K got a freekick which was hit by Batuhan Öztanır. The audience was convinced that Özcan Keçili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vecdi Selman was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. The supporters of KaRaCaSu TeaM booed when Göztepe S.K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batuhan Öztanır didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şükrü Pekin made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Özcan Keçili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KaRaCaSu TeaM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özcan Keçili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emrah Tandoğan in the 60th minute of play forced KaRaCaSu TeaM's goalkeeper Ali Numan Karin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Numan Karin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emrah Tandoğan in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute of the match, Özcan Keçili got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vecdi Selman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Göztepe S.K's Ahmet Ziya Esay got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet Ziya Esay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Şükrü Pekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Göztepe S.K's Vecdi Selman got control of the ball when Özcan Keçili tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şükrü Pekin might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vecdi Selman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şükrü Pekin ran back to his position shaking his head. The Göztepe S.K supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KaRaCaSu TeaM's performance. The match ended with a win for KaRaCaSu TeaM.
