When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Cihat Sendur sped through Erfelek's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yiğit Can Özkoc.

Cihat Sendur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğit Can Özkoc having to interfere. A well placed Cihat Sendur short distance shot in the 55th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. After a defensive mix-up in Korkut SK's zone, Hayrettin Tecimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ünal Oyanalp came out of the goal and Hayrettin Tecimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ünal Oyanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaman Yönet in the 72nd minute of play. Necmettin Pekdemir charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Necmettin Pekdemir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Necmettin Pekdemir hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Doğuhan Tümerkan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Korkut SK's Ünal Oyanalp didn't even have to move. Necmettin Pekdemir was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The Erfelek supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Korkut SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Korkut SK.
