Zincirlikuyu JK's Hasan Torlak shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 12th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ahmet Kadri Cemşit but with some difficulty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melik Akaltan in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Recep Özker saved Zincirlikuyu JK from getting behind. In the 22nd match minute, Zincirlikuyu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabri Gazzal to maneuver through the defense. When Melik Akaltan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Karapürcek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melik Akaltan couldn't finish the play. Karapürcek's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ali Numan Turgut in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on Karapürcek's corner Ali Numan Turgut fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Recep Özker quite easily take care of the ball. Recep Özker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melik Akaltan in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Melik Akaltan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zincirlikuyu JK's Recep Özker. Recep Özker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Seyfullah Ankara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Harun Mensur was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Ahmet Harun Mensur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Kadri Cemşit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Zincirlikuyu JK's zone, Seyfullah Ankara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Recep Özker came out of the goal and Seyfullah Ankara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serbülent Gündoğan charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serbülent Gündoğan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zincirlikuyu JK booed when Karapürcek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serbülent Gündoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Karapürcek could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zincirlikuyu JK throughout the match.
