Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mehmet Ediz Erzincanlı took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rasim Cantez was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rasim Cantez. Rasim Cantez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rasim Cantez came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Karamanköy's Birol Yılkan. But to his dismay, Birol Yılkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Emran Rezzak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karamanköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Emran Rezzak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasim Cantez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sücüllü's Rasim Cantez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emran Rezzak in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karamanköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee ignored Karamanköy's protests and gave Emran Rezzak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Karamanköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emran Rezzak to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Karamanköy getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Vahap Ucatekin hit a great ball. When Volkan Hurmacı fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karamanköy's protests and gave Volkan Hurmacı a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karamanköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Emran Rezzak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Rasim Cantez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karamanköy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erol Dadaloğlu in the 54th minute. Rasim Cantez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Emran Rezzak fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rasim Cantez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes, Erol Dadaloğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karamanköy and the Sücüllü players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, one of Karamanköy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Karamanköy. The referee gave Sücüllü a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kuddusî Han, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karamanköy's Affan Erçevik. 1-3. Volkan Hurmacı hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rasim Cantez saved Sücüllü from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mehmet Ediz Erzincanlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vahap Ucatekin charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vahap Ucatekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vahap Ucatekin hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Gökalp Koçak's late challenge caught a Sücüllü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökalp Koçak helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karamanköy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Emran Rezzak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasim Cantez having to interfere. Rasim Cantez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hamdi Baykurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Karamanköy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Karamanköy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
