Vecdi Nurbay came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Karabaşlar's Lemi İzmirli. But to his dismay, Lemi İzmirli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ümit Zati blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vecdi Nurbay having to make a save. Vecdi Nurbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ümit Zati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Emre Serol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vecdi Nurbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ümit Zati, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Güney Teoman kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the game, Ahmet Vefik Keramettin landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Güney Teoman fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KarAslaN SK's protests and gave Güney Teoman a yellow card for diving instead. Güney Teoman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Avni Erçivan in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vecdi Nurbay saved KarAslaN SK from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arda Baybars Tokuztuğ was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match Avni Erçivan climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-3 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Vecdi Nurbay. After 56 minutes, Arda Baybars Tokuztuğ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KarAslaN SK and the Karabaşlar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes KarAslaN SK got a freekick which was hit by Arda Baybars Tokuztuğ. When Soner Acarbey fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karabaşlar's protests and gave Soner Acarbey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Soner Acarbey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Karabaşlar's goal looked a bit too open when Arda Baybars Tokuztuğ came free, but Sefa Yaban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arda Baybars Tokuztuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sefa Yaban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emre Serol in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Avni Erçivan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vecdi Nurbay. KarAslaN SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avni Erçivan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Sefa Yaban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emre Serol, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Avni Erçivans short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Vecdi Nurbay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Karabaşlar's Avni Erçivan got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lemi İzmirli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the game, Serbülent Ergener was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KarAslaN SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karabaşlar the free kick. Serbülent Ergener kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Tarık Hekimbaşı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuncay Baysoy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sefa Yaban. Karabaşlar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Avni Erçivan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vecdi Nurbay. KarAslaN SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avni Erçivan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.
