With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akay Karaca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. yazıbaşı fk's Mürsel Vahit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kunter Resulhan in the 12th minute of play. Akay Karaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arın Özender, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kunter Resulhan's late challenge caught a yazıbaşı fk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kunter Resulhan helped the player get up and apologised. Kunter Resulhan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Arın Özender blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Akay Karaca having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ogün Karacan got free with Mürsel Vahit in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
