ETE SPOR's Cankut Zorbey got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ferhat Rıfat came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferhat Rıfat couldn't finish the play. Doğaner Özguner kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Mehmet Efe Secaattin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arman Kalender. ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s Rıdvan Güler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamdi Satı in the 19th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Cankut Zorbey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s Rıdvan Güler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 minutes, Hamdi Satı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ETE SPOR and the ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ booed when ETE SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdi Satı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Hamdi Satı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Abdi Özgurel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s Ferhat Rıfat got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cankut Zorbey sped through ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rıdvan Güler. When Zülfü Vakkasoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ETE SPOR's protests and gave Zülfü Vakkasoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Zülfü Vakkasoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cankut Zorbey scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rıdvan Güler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cankut Zorbey was the one to do the kick off. Rıdvan Güler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cankut Zorbey in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamdi Satı got free with Rıdvan Güler in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cankut Zorbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ got a freekick which was hit by Faruk Nafiz Pamir.
