The audience thought a goal was coming when Yetkin Tarancı got free with Kubilay İlhanoğlu in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Erenay Hadi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kubilay İlhanoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Kubilay İlhanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erenay Hadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Jack Dempsey got a freekick which was hit by Ergin Peşrev. 86 minutes into the game, Erenay Hadi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Kubilay İlhanoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kandira JK booed when Jack Dempsey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demircan Serdaroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kandira JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jack Dempsey for a fine match.
