Hüsrev Nesefi's late challenge caught a Artillery S.S.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tan Eyüp took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eyüp Konguralp. Eyüp Konguralp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The Eyüp Konguralp was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Artillery S.S.'s Eyüp Konguralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Eyüp in the 77th minute of play. Necdet Ehlimen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
