Spectators: 7093 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 144) Eyüp Daman made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd match minute, HALICISPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kağan Aktaşoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eyüp Daman in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Oğuz Kasım prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 4 minutes into the game, Cahit Başesgioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HALICISPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kurtulus the free kick. Cahit Başesgioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Mümin İltemiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eyüp Daman in the 7th minute of play. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mümin İltemiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. HALICISPOR's Mehmet Oğuz Kasım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Daman in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Mümin İltemiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Oğuz Kasım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HALICISPOR's Mehmet Oğuz Kasım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Daman in the 12th minute of play. If Yıldırım Bala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Kurtulus's Eyüp Daman in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HALICISPOR's goalie prevented a goal. Yıldırım Bala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mümin İltemiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeynel Aktay kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Yakup Pirane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Mümin İltemiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Oğuz Kasım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HALICISPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kunter Hekimoğlu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kunter Hekimoğlu made a great header on Kurtulus's corner, it was just that HALICISPOR's Mehmet Oğuz Kasım managed to reach the ball for a save. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eyüp Daman in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mümin İltemiz in the 45th minute of play forced HALICISPOR's goalkeeper Mehmet Oğuz Kasım to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yıldırım Bala made a kick off. Yıldırım Bala's late challenge caught a Kurtulus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yıldırım Bala helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st match minute, HALICISPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yıldırım Bala to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Vefa Özerol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mümin İltemiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Yakup Pirane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HALICISPOR's Mehmet Oğuz Kasım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Daman in the 62nd minute of play. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eyüp Daman went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Zeynel Aktay fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HALICISPOR's protests and gave Zeynel Aktay a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kurtulus booed when HALICISPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeynel Aktay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Kurtulus's Kunter Hekimoğlu tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mehmet Oğuz Kasım was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Eyüp Daman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eyüp Daman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 81st minute, Yakup Pirane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, HALICISPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Vefa Özerol came free, but Mehmet Oğuz Kasım reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eyüp Daman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Oğuz Kasım having to interfere. When HALICISPOR's Sermet Çeliker in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kurtulus's goalie prevented a goal. Kurtulus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
