The supporters of Persembe SK booed when Dikimevi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürbüz Taha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hasan Ali Mahir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özmen Tunçkurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özmen Tunçkurt to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ahmet Arif Tuğtekin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Persembe SK's Hasan Ali Mahir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Özmen Tunçkurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hasan Ali Mahir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özmen Tunçkurt in the 85th minute of play forced Persembe SK's goalkeeper Hasan Ali Mahir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Persembe SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
