Rıfat Özdinç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Bilge Canfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahmut Tengizalp in the 30th minute of play. Alişan Yavuzhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seyit Süreyya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Türkeş Çiftçioğlu scored 2-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rıfat Özdinç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, KIRŞEHİR SK's Rıfat Özdinç got control of the ball when Türkeş Çiftçioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fetih Uğursel charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Altayistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Türkeş Çiftçioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıfat Özdinç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Altayistan's zone, Mahmut Tengizalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Bilge Canfer came out of the goal and Mahmut Tengizalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türkeş Çiftçioğlu in the 65th minute of play forced KIRŞEHİR SK's goalkeeper Rıfat Özdinç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fetih Uğursel in the 68th minute of play forced KIRŞEHİR SK's goalkeeper Rıfat Özdinç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, KIRŞEHİR SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutay Onursal to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, KIRŞEHİR SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ragıp Tapık came free, but Rıfat Özdinç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aytaç Talaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Mahmut Tengizalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Bilge Canfer was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Birkan Akergin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The corner ended in Ragıp Tapık almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KIRŞEHİR SK's Rıfat Özdinç did a great save. For all the effort they put into the match, the KIRŞEHİR SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Altayistan.
