When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jacob Bürger sped through Aydinlar JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sedat Kırgız. When Tolga Başarman fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Efespor's protests and gave Tolga Başarman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Efespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolga Başarman to maneuver through the defense. After 13 minutes, Jacob Bürger made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Aydinlar JK's Sedat Kırgız tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Efespor's Jacob Bürger in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aydinlar JK's goalie prevented a goal. Sedat Kırgız stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cemal Üstüner's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Aydinlar JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özcan Mertol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacob Bürger in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sedat Kırgız prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 47 minutes, Ege Baysu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aydinlar JK and the Efespor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.
