Nebi Nuralp's late challenge caught a Kuzey Rüzgarı's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nebi Nuralp helped the player get up and apologised. Nebi Nuralp kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Rahman Altıparmak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Ertuğrul İşcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olgun Kaçan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rahman Altıparmak's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Mut were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Kuzey Rüzgarı's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Galip Yelesen took the corner. The corner ended in Galip Yelesen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kuzey Rüzgarı's Olgun Kaçan did a great save. Muhittin Yücelay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Mut's Rahman Altıparmak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olgun Kaçan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Mut got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Balamir. The Kuzey Rüzgarı players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mut were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rahman Altıparmak made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Servet Kubilay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mut's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kuzey Rüzgarı the free kick. A collision led to Mut getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Servet Kubilay hit a great ball. If Sedat Erdoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ömür Akoğul struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Hasan Ali Uygur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kuzey Rüzgarı. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sedat Erdoğan in the 60th minute of play forced Mut's goalkeeper Hasan Ali Uygur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rahman Altıparmak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 69 in the game by Muhittin Yücelay from a close distance when the talented Olgun Kaçan managed to make a qualified save. Kuzey Rüzgarı's players were relieved. Sedat Erdoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hasan Ali Uygur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kuzey Rüzgarı's zone, Muhittin Yücelay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgun Kaçan came out of the goal and Muhittin Yücelay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rahman Altıparmak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Olgun Kaçan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yiğit Balamir kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Mut's Hasan Ali Uygur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cemalettin Özsen in the 82nd minute of play. Kuzey Rüzgarı's Ömür Akoğul pulled a muscle in his leg after 83 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Yiğit Balamir hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Olcay Adaş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mut's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kuzey Rüzgarı the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Mut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olcay Adaş to maneuver through the defense. Cemalettin Özsen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hasan Ali Uygur. Mut's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kuzey Rüzgarı's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cemalettin Özsen in the 89th minute. Kuzey Rüzgarı's Cemalettin Özsen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hasan Ali Uygur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Muhittin Yücelay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kuzey Rüzgarı booed when Mut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürcan Kapar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Mut supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mut would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
