The referee showed Eyüp Kura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Cumra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktuğ Gerdaneri to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Edip Mutlusoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burhan Uludağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, t1musty's Ahmet Ceyhan Hürol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ömür Akad. Ömür Akad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edip Mutlusoy to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cumra getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Edip Mutlusoy hit a great ball. Burhan Uludağ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edip Mutlusoy's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Ahmet Gündüz Akel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Burhan Uludağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edip Mutlusoy in the 61st minute of play. Hakkı Onur Cesur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Burhan Uludağ made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğa Umural in the 66th minute of play forced Cumra's goalkeeper Ömür Akad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Celalettin Ayhan put in a rough tackle. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cumra!
