Buğra Muhtar struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Oğuz Emir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NiKOMEDiA FC. When Abdulmelik Özbala came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Akdamar SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulmelik Özbala couldn't finish the play. Nedim Güngör took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sait Altuncuoğlu. Sait Altuncuoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 25th match minute, NiKOMEDiA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Buğra Muhtar to maneuver through the defense. Nedim Güngör sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 played minutes NiKOMEDiA FC got a freekick which was hit by Aşık Gürgan. A collision led to Akdamar SK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rasim İlcan hit a great ball. The throw-in from Buğra Muhtar in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Akdamar SK's Güntekin Oskay. Akdamar SK's Güntekin Oskay suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Aşık Gürgan fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NiKOMEDiA FC's protests and gave Aşık Gürgan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akdamar SK's goalkeeper Oğuz Emir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abdulmelik Özbala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Altuncuoğlu having to interfere. Sait Altuncuoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulmelik Özbala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdulmelik Özbala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ömer Rıza Sabri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İzzet İlighan during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ömer Rıza Sabri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oğuz Emir having to interfere. After 60 played minutes NiKOMEDiA FC got a freekick which was hit by Aşık Gürgan. In the 64th minute Ömer Rıza Sabri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuz Emir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to NiKOMEDiA FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Buğra Muhtar hit a great ball. Abdulmelik Özbala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ömer Rıza Sabri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Oğuz Emir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Akdamar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedim Güngör to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulmelik Özbala in the 79th minute of play forced NiKOMEDiA FC's goalkeeper Sait Altuncuoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Abdulmelik Özbala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akdamar SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulmelik Özbala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ömer Rıza Sabri in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuz Emir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sait Altuncuoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulmelik Özbala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Akdamar SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than NiKOMEDiA FC.
