Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fırat Okgüç made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Hayati Sidar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Besiri's supporters rose to their feet, but Hayati Sidar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakan Hattat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fenerbahçe's Mehmet Edip Başaran got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 10 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Korcan Recai. Hakan Hattat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayati Sidar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Refik Okbaş kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Fenerbahçe's Mirza Yüce shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Süleyman Filiz but with some difficulty. In the 23rd minute Hayati Sidar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakan Hattat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Fırat Okgüç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fenerbahçe's Hakan Hattat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ulukut. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hayati Sidar in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hakan Hattat saved Fenerbahçe from getting behind. Hakan Hattat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayati Sidar in the 35th minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raşit Avcıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Hakan Hattat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fırat Okgüç went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raşit Avcıoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Raşit Avcıoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Süleyman Filiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Besiri booed when Fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Korcan Recai didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes, Vedat Kayraalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerbahçe and the Besiri players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, one of Fenerbahçe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fenerbahçe. Fırat Okgüç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Besiri's Süleyman Filiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Ulukut in the 72nd minute of play. Fırat Okgüç who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Hakan Hattat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Besiri's Süleyman Filiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raşit Avcıoğlu in the 74th minute of play. Mehmet Edip Başaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Hacı Attaroğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Besiri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fenerbahçe the free kick. Hacı Attaroğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Raşit Avcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mehmet Edip Başaran came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Fenerbahçe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Edip Başaran couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
