Mümtaz Ragıp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yağızhan Özdilmaç having to make a save. Mümtaz Ragıp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Yağızhan Özdilmaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yağızhan Özdilmaç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Cizre SK's Gökhun Tun got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 21st minute, when GALATASARAY SK's Nuratay Özkutlu after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Baransel Kaçan in Cizre SK's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. After a rather tough play, GALATASARAY SK's Nuratay Özkutlu got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Gökhun Tun hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Cizre SK's Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yağızhan Özdilmaç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yağızhan Özdilmaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra in the 33rd minute of play. Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yağızhan Özdilmaç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mümtaz Ragıp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cizre SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yağızhan Özdilmaç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mümtaz Ragıp came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Cizre SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mümtaz Ragıp couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağızhan Özdilmaç having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra came free, but Yağızhan Özdilmaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genco Açıkel made a kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALATASARAY SK's Yağızhan Özdilmaç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yağızhan Özdilmaç acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emran Neyzen. Mehmet Hamdi Satıkbuğra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mümtaz Ragıp got free with Yağızhan Özdilmaç in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind GALATASARAY SK's goalkeeper Yağızhan Özdilmaç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute Tugay Saltuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baransel Kaçan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuratay Özkutlu charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuratay Özkutlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GALATASARAY SK's Nuratay Özkutlu got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ali Berkant Akçan, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yağızhan Özdilmaç came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cizre SK's Mümtaz Ragıp. But to his dismay, Mümtaz Ragıp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Mümtaz Ragıp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cizre SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mümtaz Ragıp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yağızhan Özdilmaç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genco Açıkel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The GALATASARAY SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cizre SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
