Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Habib Himmet made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Habib Himmet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bilgin Akbaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ferit Tükelalp struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Bilgin Akbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elbeyli. Abdulkadir Hastimur kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Bilgin Akbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferit Tükelalp in the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Elbeyli's goal looked a bit too open when Eray Subutay came free, but Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elbeyli's goalkeeper Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eray Subutay hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ferit Tükelalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ferit Tükelalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sögütözü FK's goalkeeper Bilgin Akbaş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Elbeyli's Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay got control of the ball when Zekeriya Yelmen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th minute Ferit Tükelalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bilgin Akbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sögütözü FK's Bilgin Akbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habib Himmet in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Elbeyli were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Efekan Konguralp to make the kick off. If Habib Himmet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Bilgin Akbaş managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Elbeyli's Ferit Tükelalp fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 58th minute, Elbeyli's Habib Himmet dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Habib Himmet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilgin Akbaş having to interfere. Erkan Taze hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Habib Himmet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bilgin Akbaş was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Bilgin Akbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Himmet in the 73rd minute of play. Habib Himmet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilgin Akbaş having to interfere. Ferit Tükelalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Bilgin Akbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Sögütözü FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Habib Himmet fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efekan Konguralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sögütözü FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Elbeyli were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
