The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kerim Dilsuz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes SAYAR got a freekick which was hit by İzzet Ünzil. Yasin Saatçioğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yasin Saatçioğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Kayacan Kuntay couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SAYAR. Fazlı Sertaç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fazlı Sertaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SAYAR's İzzet Ünzil got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Mehmet Ediz Uçma fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SAYAR's protests and gave Mehmet Ediz Uçma a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SAYAR! In the 39th minute, Arda Göksel Şevki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Boran Yılkan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kerim Dilsuz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ozan Akbilge came out and tried to block the shot, but Kerim Dilsuz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fazlı Sertaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Yahya Kerem slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Boran Yılkan. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. Ahmet Boran Yılkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yahya Kerem in the 61st minute of play. Fazlı Sertaç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ozan Akbilge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Yerdeki Yıldızlar getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sefa Kazakhan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerim Dilsuz in the 71st minute of play forced Yerdeki Yıldızlar's goalkeeper Ozan Akbilge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sefa Kazakhan hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Kerim Dilsuz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the SAYAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kerim Dilsuz couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Yasin Saatçioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SAYAR's Kerim Dilsuz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Yerdeki Yıldızlar got a freekick which was hit by Sebati Adışanlı. Ferhat Özbay made a great header on SAYAR's corner, it was just that Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Ozan Akbilge managed to reach the ball for a save. The SAYAR supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yerdeki Yıldızlar's performance. The match ended with a win for Yerdeki Yıldızlar.
