The supporters of Gelendost booed when Konyaspor SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güvenç Özbilgin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Hayri Okdağ in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bilal Şehzat saved Konyaspor SK from getting behind. Hadi Akaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bilal Şehzat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Ahmet Hayri Okdağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bilal Şehzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Hadi Akaydın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Konyaspor SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Süleyman Ongu in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Süleyman Ongu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gelendost's Ahmet Orhan Ulukan did a great save. Günalp Savtur tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ahmet Orhan Ulukan. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolga Muharrem was the one to do the kick off. Hadi Akaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bilal Şehzat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54thth minute of the game Ahmet Hayri Okdağ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Konyaspor SK's Bilal Şehzat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ahmet Hayri Okdağ came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Gelendost fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hayri Okdağ couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Orhan Ulukan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alişan Avcıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ahmet Hayri Okdağ received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bilal Şehzat came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Hayri Okdağ slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 68th minute. Ahmet Hayri Okdağ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86th play minutes Ahmet Hayri Okdağ shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Bilal Şehzat and just under the crossbar into goal. Şensoy Oyalp took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bilal Şehzat. Bilal Şehzat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gelendost walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
