When Yetkiner Zorbey fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sivas's protests and gave Yetkiner Zorbey a yellow card for diving instead. Yetkiner Zorbey kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Egemen Akdoğ in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedri Sorgun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Asım Dalan in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Resulhan Ruzi saved Dardanelspor from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Sivas's goalkeeper Bedri Sorgun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alim Acarbay. In the 76thth minute of the game Sabri İbiş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dardanelspor's Resulhan Ruzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aytaç Altınpınar's shot from long distance in the 101st minute was not bad at all, but Sivas's Bedri Sorgun knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
