Yetkin Özkul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Songurhan Saffet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Palandöken Kartalları's zone, Yetkin Özkul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songurhan Saffet came out of the goal and Yetkin Özkul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kamuran Ünlü could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Songurhan Saffet made a huge save. Zühtü Samin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rüştü Dalga having to interfere. Şükrü Onurhan charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şükrü Onurhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Şükrü Onurhan hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Yetkin Özkul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Lara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Palandöken Kartalları were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kamuran Ünlü stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Yetkin Özkul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palandöken Kartalları's Songurhan Saffet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Songurhan Saffet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yetkin Özkul in the 83rd minute of the match. Şener Aral's late challenge caught a Lara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şener Aral helped the player get up and apologised. Şener Aral hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, one of Lara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lara.
