Yeni Çeri A.Ş.'s Balamir Özsevi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erdem Sümre in the 3rd minute of play. Balamir Özsevi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atahan Zühtü, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Balamir Özsevi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İskender Yankı went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, İskender Yankı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ataköy's supporters rose to their feet, but İskender Yankı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balamir Özsevi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Engin Hirfet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasret Derim in the 13th minute of play. Metehan Ulutan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Engin Hirfet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Yeni Çeri A.Ş.'s Metehan Ulutan got a free kick in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tibet Akersoy during the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, İskender Yankı managed to get in a good position for a shot. If Metehan Ulutan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yeni Çeri A.Ş.'s zone, Atahan Zühtü stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Balamir Özsevi came out of the goal and Atahan Zühtü tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th match minute, Yeni Çeri A.Ş. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celal Yalavaç to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atahan Zühtü made a kick off. If İskender Yankı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balamir Özsevi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atahan Zühtü's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Yeni Çeri A.Ş.'s Balamir Özsevi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atahan Zühtü in the 59th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Atahan Zühtü left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ataköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Güven Açıkgöz charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güven Açıkgöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Güven Açıkgöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Atahan Zühtü's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Balamir Özsevi was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Metehan Ulutan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Engin Hirfet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Engin Hirfet came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Yeni Çeri A.Ş.'s Hasret Derim. But to his dismay, Hasret Derim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ataköy's Atahan Zühtü got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atahan Zühtü received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Balamir Özsevi came out and tried to block the shot, but Atahan Zühtü slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 87th minute. The supporters of Yeni Çeri A.Ş. booed when Ataköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erdem Sümre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ataköy's İskender Yankı was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The Yeni Çeri A.Ş. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ataköy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
