In the 13th minute, Bayburt SK's Yusuf Oksu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aktan Teoman. Aktan Teoman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadri Özan in the 18th minute of play forced Bayburt SK's goalkeeper Mevlüt Ekincioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Özal Makul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th match minute, Bayburt SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kıraç Süvarioğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Yusuf Oksu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mevlüt Ekincioğlu came out of the goal and Ahmet Orhan Akmaner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bayburt SK had played much better football throughout.
