Songurbey Ihlamur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seyfettin Omay having to interfere. Seyfettin Omay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kubilay Öztanır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Yolkesen's Halit Fahri Serdinç got a free kick in the 21st minute. Atakent's Kubilay Öztanır got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Kubilay Öztanır who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yolkesen's Seyfettin Omay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Yolkesen's goal looked a bit too open when Songurbey Ihlamur came free, but Seyfettin Omay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seyfettin Omay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Songurbey Ihlamur in the 36th minute of the match. After the first half Atakent were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Seyfettin Omay, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Kubilay Öztanır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seyfettin Omay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Songurbey Ihlamur, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Kubilay Öztanır could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Seyfettin Omay made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Songurbey Ihlamur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kubilay Öztanır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atakent's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
