After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Nurkan Bekdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Düzici's supporters rose to their feet, but Nurkan Bekdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nebi Günsel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Düzici booed when Ikizdere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Reha Ziyaettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Ikizdere's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulkerim Ergener came free, but Nebi Günsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes, Tayyar Sezer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ikizdere and the Düzici players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nebi Günsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nurkan Bekdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 31 minutes, Feridun Berkman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Düzici and the Ikizdere players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 35 minutes, Nurkan Bekdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Düzici's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nurkan Bekdemir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nuralp Haksever hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ikizdere's Nebi Günsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nurkan Bekdemir in the 39th minute of play. After 44 minutes of play Düzici's Feridun Berkman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Düzici! Düzici:s Duman Konguralp showed great skill when he stopped Muhsin Tanın:s penalty. The excitement rose when Ikizdere's Muhsin Tanın after 47 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Düzici's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tayyar Sezer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Düzici defense, Enver Razi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duman Konguralp. The Düzici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duman Konguralp should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Düzici getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. İslam Seyhan hit a great ball. Nurkan Bekdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nebi Günsel having to interfere. İslam Seyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ikizdere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Many of Düzici's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Düzici may have spent more time on the ball, but Ikizdere were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
