Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Erkan İstanbul made the kick off and thus started the match. The attack was good, but when Ilgaz Demircan in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ali Emir Erdem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serkan Akçal kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Ali Emir Erdems short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Fazıl Hüsnü Energin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 10 minutes of play, Karaman's Erkan İstanbul made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murathan İskandil was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute Ilgaz Demircan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fazıl Hüsnü Energin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fazıl Hüsnü Energin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ilgaz Demircan went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilgaz Demircan couldn't finish the play. Mendes's Murathan İskandil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkan İstanbul in the 26th minute of play. Ali Emir Erdem who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Fazıl Hüsnü Energin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Necat Ergün hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Fazıl Hüsnü Energin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ali Emir Erdem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fazıl Hüsnü Energin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ilgaz Demircan to make the kick off. When Ilgaz Demircan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 53 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fazıl Hüsnü Energin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ataol Tunçkurt hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mendes's goalkeeper Murathan İskandil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Emir Erdem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fazıl Hüsnü Energin having to interfere. In the 66th minute Serkan Akçal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murathan İskandil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karaman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mendes the free kick. Fazıl Hüsnü Energin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Emir Erdem in the 74th minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Ilgaz Demircan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mendes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilgaz Demircan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fazıl Hüsnü Energin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osman Taşan went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When Mendes's Ilgaz Demircan in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karaman's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Ali Emir Erdem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mendes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Mendes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
