Ayhan Ulus might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eralp Kaynak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ayhan Ulus ran back to his position shaking his head. After 32 played minutes, Hocalar FK's Yağızalp Sadi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bektaş Akalın came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hocalar FK reached it. After 37 minutes, Celal Batüralp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beşiktaş JK and the Hocalar FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Beşiktaş JK! In the 42nd minute, Lefter Nefi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bektaş Akalın was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 51st minute, Beşiktaş JK's Hakan Vural dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hakan Vural charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hakan Vural the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Beşiktaş JK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Hakan Vural hit a great ball. A hard shot 59 in the game by Ekber Özatay from a close distance when the talented Bektaş Akalın managed to make a qualified save. Beşiktaş JK's players were relieved. Derya Aydoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lefter Nefi kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. With his leg Bektaş Akalın managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Hocalar FK's Ekber Özatay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 70 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş JK's goal looked a bit too open when Derya Aydoğan came free, but Bektaş Akalın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Beşiktaş JK's zone, Derya Aydoğan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bektaş Akalın came out of the goal and Derya Aydoğan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eralp Kaynak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökalp Maruf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Derya Aydoğan in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bektaş Akalın saved Beşiktaş JK from getting behind. Ekber Özatay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Bektaş Akalın skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 90th minute Derya Aydoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bektaş Akalın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes in the game, Ekber Özatay fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bektaş Akalın having to interfere. Gökalp Maruf struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eralp Kaynak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beşiktaş JK. In the 96th minute, Ekber Özatay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Derya Aydoğan in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bektaş Akalın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Beşiktaş JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hocalar FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Hocalar FK.
