Spectators: 7093 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 50) After a defensive mix-up in Espiye's zone, Batı Pekergin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saadettin Reyyan came out of the goal and Batı Pekergin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Gümüşcüoğlu in the 9th minute of play forced Battalgazi's goalkeeper Mustafa Haydar Dilsuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tibet Toygun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tibet Toygun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiz Müftüoğlu in the 22nd minute of play forced Espiye's goalkeeper Saadettin Reyyan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Espiye's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiz Müftüoğlu came free, but Saadettin Reyyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hızır Karay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Saadettin Reyyan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Hızır Karay made a precise shot to the right of Saadettin Reyyan. Espiye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 35 minutes into the game, Rahim Sidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espiye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Battalgazi the free kick. After a rather tough play, Espiye's Rahim Sidal got a free kick in the 35th minute. Battalgazi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yaşar Orgunalp in the 38th minute. Yaşar Orgunalp made a great header on Battalgazi's corner, it was just that Espiye's Saadettin Reyyan managed to reach the ball for a save. After 43 played minutes Battalgazi got a freekick which was hit by Batı Pekergin. After a defensive mix-up in Espiye's zone, Hızır Karay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saadettin Reyyan came out of the goal and Hızır Karay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiz Müftüoğlu to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Battalgazi's Ramiz Müftüoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saadettin Reyyan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60thth minute of the game Ramiz Müftüoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Espiye's Saadettin Reyyan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Hızır Karay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Saadettin Reyyan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saadettin Reyyan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hızır Karay went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Battalgazi's Yaşar Orgunalp got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Battalgazi booed when Espiye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibet Toygun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Hızır Karay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saadettin Reyyan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After having played for 80 minutes, Hızır Beyzade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espiye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hızır Beyzade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Battalgazi's Yaşar Orgunalp tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Espiye's Tibet Toygun got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tan Başhekim hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Saadettin Reyyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hızır Karay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battalgazi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
