The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Tan Sayıl made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Tan Sayıl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mustafa Haydar Dilsuz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izmirspor. Hızır Karay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Servet Aköz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Servet Aköz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiz Müftüoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88thth minute of the game Tan Sayıl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Battalgazi's Mustafa Haydar Dilsuz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tan Sayıl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izmirspor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
