Bahri Kadrettin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kozan SK's Cüneyd Taçyıldız got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Kozan SK's Özen Tengiroğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mansur Tezkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cüneyd Taçyıldız fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansur Tezkan having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cevahir Arpacıoğlu got free with Kurtuluş Urandu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Kozan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cevdet Özbir came free, but Kurtuluş Urandu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Türker Ersavaş put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mansur Tezkan. Özen Tengiroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahri Kadrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansur Tezkan having to interfere. Altuğ Bayrak hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind JeDaY Army's goalkeeper Mansur Tezkan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hüsamettin Tuner kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Bahri Kadrettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Özen Tengiroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Kozan SK's Türker Ersavaş in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JeDaY Army's goalie prevented a goal. Türker Ersavaş struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Mansur Tezkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozan SK. After a rather tough play, JeDaY Army's Altuğ Bayrak got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Türker Ersavaş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mansur Tezkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The JeDaY Army players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kozan SK were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cevdet Özbir to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kozan SK booed when JeDaY Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durmuş Şafakoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurtuluş Urandu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevahir Arpacıoğlu in the 64th minute of the match. After 65 minutes, Tan Dağdelen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JeDaY Army and the Kozan SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tan Dağdelen kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Lütfü Tuyan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cüneyd Taçyıldız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, JeDaY Army's Mansur Tezkan got control of the ball when Türker Ersavaş tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Özen Tengiroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Kozan SK defense, Altuğ Bayrak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kurtuluş Urandu. The Kozan SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kurtuluş Urandu should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute, Türker Ersavaş ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mansur Tezkan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 86th play minute Türker Ersavaş came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mansur Tezkan. 1-5. If Cüneyd Taçyıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türker Ersavaş in the 92nd minute of play forced JeDaY Army's goalkeeper Mansur Tezkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kozan SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
